All sales are final.
Each bookmark is hand-painted with care using watercolor and gouache on wood, then finished with custom charms. Original art also falls under the same category. Due to the handmade nature and time invested in every piece, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

Art Prints
All sales are final.
Our art prints are professionally produced to ensure high-quality color and detail. Each print is carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of print reproduction and the possibility of digital theft, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on art prints. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

📦 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following:

  • Clear photos of the damage to the item and packaging

  • Your order number

If the damage is confirmed, we’ll either issue a replacement or offer store credit, depending on availability and the nature of the damage. Claims made after 3 days will not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

🛑 Please Note:

  • Every bookmark is one-of-a-kind. Because each piece is individually hand-made, no two will ever be exactly the same—even in repeat designs. Slight variations in brush strokes, colors, charm, or wood grain are natural and part of what makes each item special.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer error (e.g., incorrect address or item selection).

  • All items are quality-checked before shipping to ensure they meet our standards.

Custom bookmarks and original art orders are also non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
