Processing Time:
Each bookmark is hand-painted and prepared with care. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be created and packaged before it ships. For custom orders, processing may take up to 14 business days depending on complexity.

Shipping Time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

• U.S. Orders: 3–5 business days

• International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently offer:

• Ground Shipping

• Priority Shipping

If you're on a deadline (gifting, birthdays, etc.), feel free to contact us via text or email before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate a rush request (additional charges may apply).

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service/UPS or for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please double-check your shipping info at checkout.
