Welcome to LAFM Studio! By placing an order through our website or interacting with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Overview

LAFM Studio is a small artist-run shop offering original goods including hand-painted bookmarks and fine art prints. All items are created by hand with attention to quality, care, and artistic integrity.

2. Orders

  • Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Please double-check all information at checkout, including your name, address, and email. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect customer information.

  • Custom orders may require additional processing time and may not be altered once production has begun.

3. Payment

  • We accept secure payments through: Shopify Payments.

  • All prices are listed in USD and subject to change at any time without notice.

  • Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will not ship until payment is received and cleared.

4. Shipping

  • We currently ship within The U.S. and internationally

  • Orders typically ship within 5–14 business days unless otherwise noted.

  • Once your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, LAFM Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, and content on this site are the intellectual property of LAFM Studio and its artists (Lala & Jesus).

  • You may not reproduce, resell, or use our artwork or designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Product Variations

  • All bookmarks and prints are handmade. Minor variations in color, brushwork, charm placement, or paper/wood grain are natural and not considered defects.

  • Custom pieces are unique and cannot be exactly recreated.

  • We only collect personal information necessary to fulfill your order and will never sell or share your information with third parties.
